The right candidate has…
- 3-5 years of distribution, warehouse, E-commerce operations (or related management experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HSED required
- Excellent communication skills
-A current position managing supervisors in a distribution and E-commerce retail environment
- Knowledge of Radio Frequency, WMS and Labor Management systems a plus
- Industry leading leadership skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Strong problem solving skills
- An ability to train and motivate others
